About Panflu
Sinovac began developing Panflu (H5N1) in 2004 and received SFDA approval to produce Panflu in April 2008. Currently, sales are limited to the Chinese government for their stockpiling program. Sinovac is the only approved manufacturer to produce human-use H5N1 vaccine in China and its Panflu is the only qualified human-use H5N1 vaccine for the Chinese government stockpiling program. According to WHO, Sinovac’s vaccine is the sixth approved vaccine against H5N1 worldwide.
